Life can be challenging and overwhelming - there’s no doubt about that. But in difficult times we have to remind ourselves that we are not alone, and that challenging situations are fertile ground for spiritual growth.This may be hard to see when we are fully immersed in our story and our problems, but with some support and guidance and a lot of persistent effort from our part, we can begin freeing ourselves from the thing that makes us suffer.
